Return Policy

Returns that are not backed by manufacturer’s warranty may be returned within 30 days of purchase, accompanied with proof of purchase, and in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Products - Special Orders*Open Toilet Seats* Water Heaters * Power Tools * Misc. Hand Tools*Ladders*Gas & Electric Heaters*Window AC Units* Gas & Electric powered lawn equipment  - any Manufacturer defects go through the manufacturer’s warranty plan.

Returns on purchases made with checks will only be issued once the check has been cleared by bank.

Returns on purchases made with credit card can only be refunded on the original credit card used.

Returns made without a valid sale receipts may only be refunded as a store credit at our lowest advertised price, however we reserve the right to refuse or limit the number of returns permitted without valid sales receipts.

Open Packages - Returns on open packages may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%. Unless determined by management, items are not in resalable condition.

Building Materials - We will gladly return or exchange materials that have not been altered, damaged, and are in resalable condition. Certain restrictions and restocking fees may apply.
